A Message from Charletta:
"In conflicted, anxious relationships, we quickly lose creativity. My goal is to help clients see possibilities for transforming relationships. I coach individuals in communication skills along with thoughtful reflection on what emotions tell us. It is not just about gaining skills, but having the right attitude. That is, we can communicate about feelings all day and sound sophisticated, but without respect of others, and willingness to reflect on our own part, we will not grow."
